Siri jyoti pūjā: SEATTLE, WA

Join us for an immersion into the auspicious Śrīcakra!
We will participate as a group in the highly empowering Siri Jyoti Pūjā designed by Kavitha's Parama Guru, Śrī Amritananda Natha Saraswati of Devipuram. Following lunch (provided), we will spend the afternoon in satsaṅga, practice, and exploration of the Śrīcakra.

A little about Siri Jyoti from the Devipuram Website:

"Siri Jyoti is an empowerment ritual designed by Guruji, which means the wealth of light. It is a group ritual performed to the Sri Chakra opening the immense benefits of performing Chakra puja to us. Doing this enables you to enjoy life, sing, and dance through it.

In Guruji’s words, we have to move from I as an individual to we as a collective.

We have to join as a team and work towards a common goal. One common goal can be empowering each one of us and the team. To achieve this goal, we can create a simple team-building fun event near our own homes.

By shedding unnecessary alienation from each other, we glow emitting rainbow shades of light and love. I have created a simplified ritual from an ancient wisdom called Srividya, which has stood the test of time. It is a good gift we can offer to ourselves."

The Siri Jyoti Pūjā represents a shared experience of the Śrīcakra through the integration of ritual, contemplation and understanding. It results in explosive insights and clarity.

Our practice will begin with a communal construction of the Śrīcakra, which brings together the whole group in devotion and creativity. We will then worship the Śrīcakra together through the methodology designed by Guruji. Participants will then have the opportunity to offer music, dance or other creative pieces to Devī.

The pūjā will be followed by a scrumptious vegetarian lunch.

Thereafter, we will gather in satsaṅga to discuss various concepts. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about your sādhanā or the pūjā.

In-person participants will receive :

  • A high-quality print of Lalitā Mahātripurasundarī.
  • A high-quality print of the Śrīcakra.

  • Decorations from the Śrīcakra (grains and flowers) as prasād, infused with the healing power and devotion of the ritual.
